The building’s entrance sets the tone, with natural light, water elements, and materials that reference the visual effect of waves lapping the shore. The pool level is, fittingly, all about water, with unobstructed views of the Atlantic. A mesmerizing video installation showing patterns of light underwater animates the ceiling of the pool lobby. Ascending in the elevator continues the experience, with an interactive installation by artist Ivan Toth Depeña symbolic of the transition from water to sky.
