In partnership with Marriott, Ian Schrager is launching Edition on Miami Beach. Ian Schrager was the master mind behind the Delano and Shore Club Hotels in Miami Beach. The Edition will feature 2 towers, the main hotel building plus a brand new 11 story building to open in 2014. Located where was previously the Seville Hotel in Miami Beach, this property has been completely renovated and rebuilt from inside out. The 26 exclusive residences of the Edition will occupy the top two floors of the hotel building and the new 11 story building offering residences of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans. Unit sizes will range from 909 square feet to 4596 square feet. There will be two penthouses with a pool, indoor/outdoor lounge and an outdoor kitchen.
